Breeding Dogs

  • We don't overbreed
    • We follow evidence-based breeding to support the number of times we breed our dams (usually 3-4 litters)
    • Dams typically are bred on their second heat cycle to allow for sufficient growth of the mother.
    • We follow evidence-based breeding guidelines as to how often dams our breed. Intervals between litters typically allow for a heat cycle in between breeding to improve the health of the mother.
  • Quality home life
    • Each dam/sire is placed in a home where they can receive proper attention and love
  • Health
    • Each dam/sire is up to date on vaccinations, and regular vet visits
